Helly Hansen This Is My Style with Barre Toned in Nottinghill

A few weeks ago I tried my first BARREtoned workout class at the trendy Nottinghill Studio at 12 Chepstow Rd, London, W2 5BD. This is not cheap but will ensure you get your money's worth by having a toned, lean body with quick results.
What is it?
BARREtoned is a targeted, full-body workout performed at the ballet barre creating long lean muscles and improved posture. Interval training at the barre and on the mat uses small, controlled movements and your own body weight to work every major muscle group. Active stretching to increase flexibility and elongate muscles follows each exercise.
What did I think?
I thought this was great training for those that want to tone their bodies. I thought it would be especially great for post pregnancy and great through pregnancy (as long as you have already started this before) as it is gentle on your joints and does not involve jumping around. It was relaxing as you are not jumping all over the place, but at the same time it really works all your muscles. Running is still top of my list for keeping a model, bikini body as it is great for well being, cardio and weight loss. If you combined Barretoned with Running and eating and drinking well you would have a bikini body in no time.
What I am Wearing:
I am wearing Helly Hansen training tights; love these for trampolining as they hold you together and stop your bottom moving too much! The waist band at the top is also great for a slimming effect and looks trendy too. Helly Hansen provided us all with a pretty pink workout hoodie which is made of X-Cool quick dry fabric to stop you getting cold after a hard workout. The sleeves are nice and long with the fashionable thumb holes for added warm. I have had tons of compliments on my trainers for their lush colours, if you like them too they are the Panarena Versatile Trainer.
