We will dispatch your item the same working day if ordered before 3.00pm or the next working day if ordered after 3.00pm. If you select a tracked or signed for service you will be emailed a tracking number and you can search for your item at www.royalmail.com/track-trace

Economy Delivery - From £3.50 for parcels or larger items weighing over 100 grams when packed. Royal Mail's delivery aim is 3 to 5 working day. If you are shipping to a flat number or if you sometimes have problems receiving post, please select one of our Tracked Delivery options.
Economy Delivery with Tracking - From £4.50 for parcels or larger items weighing over 100 grams when packed. Royal Mail's delivery aim is 3 to 5 working day and you will have to sign for your item on delivery. You will be emailed a tracking code once your order is dispatched. If you are not in when your item is delivered, Royal Mail will leave a "while you were out" card, and you can either organize a re-delivery or collect the item from your local sorting office.
Standard Delivery – From £4.50 for parcels, or larger items weighing over 100 grams. Royal Mail's delivery aim is 1 to 2 working days. If you are shipping to a flat number or if you sometimes have problems receiving post, please select one of our Tracked Delivery options.

Next Day Delivery within the UK - From £8.50. Orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by the end of the next day. If you place your order after 3.00pm on a Friday, your order would be delivered the following Tuesday with this service.
WORLDWIDE POSTAGE OPTIONS:
Please note we deliver worldwide to every country and you can select your option at checkout.
We send all of our international mail using Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service from £9.95 per parcel. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-10 working days, however in some cases, it can take around 21 working days. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a tracking code which you can use at www.royalmail.com/track-trace to check the status of your order. If you have any concerns that your parcel may be lost or delayed, please contact your local delivery office for more information on how to recover your item.
Please note, your parcel may need to go through customs before it can be delivered. If this happens, on rare occasions, the item could take up to 45 days to arrive with you.
Undercover Glamour provides a global delivery service via Royal Mail for our products sent out by the website. Undercover Glamour cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery that are outside its control such as, but not limited to, postal strikes and loss in transit. If you select 1st or 2nd class post please note that if your item is lost in transit we cannot provide a replacement or reimburse you, you will have to make the claim directly with Royal Mail. Therefore, if you are ordering an item of value or you have difficulties receiving your post please make sure you select and pay for our Standard Delivery with Tracking service or our Next Day Delivery service. For our more expensive items you will only be able to select a more expensive, tracked service to ensure delivery. Undercover Glamour will send you an email with your tracking number when you have placed the order so you will be able to track your order via www.royalmail.com/track-trace
Goods will be sent to you in unbranded plain packaging to facilitate delivery to your work address. Parcels that are not delivered due to recipients being unavailable will be sent to the Royal Mail’s local sorting office and will be held there for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the parcel will be sent back to us but this can take Royal Mail up to a month to process. Please note, that if we have to re-send the parcel then it will be a new delivery and there will be a further postage and packing charge. It is your responsibility to collect or rearrange delivery of your item from the local sorting office.
