Delivery Options, Delivery Times and Charges:
We will dispatch your item the same working day if ordered before 3.00pm or the next working day if ordered after 3.00pm. If you select a tracked or signed for service you, you will be emailed a tracking number and you can search for you item at www.royalmail.com/track-trace
UK POSTAGE OPTIONS, including the Channel Islands:
Second Class Delivery - £ 1.20 for small items and £2.85 for parcels or heavy items weighing over 100 grams when packed. Royal Mail's delivery aim is 3 to 5 working day.
First Class Delivery – £1.50 for small items and £3.50 for parcels, or heavy items weighing over 100 grams. Royal Mail's delivery aim is 1 to 2 working days.
First Class RECORDED Delivery - £2.70 for small items and £4.99 for parcels, or heavy items weighing over 100 grams when packed. Royal Mail's delivery aim is 1 to 2 working days and you will have to sign for your item on delivery. You will be emailed a tracking code once your order is dispatched.
Special Next Day Delivery to the UK - £7.50 for small items and £7.99 for medium parcels or heavy items. Royal Mail guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day of postage; signature is required on delivery. You will need to place your order with us by 3.00pm to ensure that it reaches you the next day. Royal Mail does not guarantee Saturday delivery for Specials on items sent on Friday (or after 3.00pm on Thursday) as Saturday is not a working day, your item would be guaranteed for Monday with this service. You will need to select Saturday Special Delivery for this option and pay the extra cost if you need your item on Saturday.
Saturday Special Delivery - £10.80 for small items and £10.99 for medium parcels, or heavy items. Please place your order by 3.00pm on Friday. If you place your order after 3.00pm on Friday your order may not arrive until the following Tuesday.
WORLDWIDE POSTAGE OPTIONS:
Please note we deliver worldwide to every country and you can select your option at checkout.
We send all of our international mail using Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service at a cost of £9.99 per parcel. We no longer offer a standard Airmail option to avoid loss of parcels. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-10 working days, however in some cases, it can take around 28 working days. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a tracking code which you can use at www.royalmail.co.uk to check the status of your order. If you have any concerns that your parcel may be lost or delayed, please contact your local delivery office for more information on how to recover your item.
Please note, your parcel may need to go through customs before it can be delivered. If this happens, on rare occasions, the item could take up to 45 days to arrive with you.
Undercover Glamour provides a global delivery service via Royal Mail for our products sent out by the website. Undercover Glamour cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery that are outside its control such as, but not limited to, postal strikes and loss in transit. If you select 1st or 2nd class post please note that if your item is lost in transit we cannot provide a replacement or reimburse you, you will have to make the claim directly with Royal Mail. Therefore, if you are ordering an item of value or your have difficulties receiving your post please make sure you select and pay for our 1st class Recorded Delivery service or our Special Delivery service. For our more expensive items you will only be able to select a more expensive, tracked service to ensure delivery. Undercover Glamour will send you an email with your tracking number when you have placed the order so you will be able to track your order via www.royalmail.com/track-trace
Goods will be sent to you in unbranded plain packaging to facilitate delivery to your work address. Parcels that are not delivered due to recipients being unavailable will be sent to the Royal Mail’s local sorting office and will be held there for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the parcel will be sent back to us but this can take Royal Mail up to a month to process. Please note, that if we have to re-send the parcel then it will be a new delivery and there will be a further postage and packing charge. It is your responsibility to collect or rearrange delivery of your item from the local sorting office.
