IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION

We strive at all times to provide our customers with the very best products — however, there may be exceptions, and so we promise to do our utmost to accommodate our customers' needs. The following policy only applies to online purchases made through the Undercover Glamour website.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for a refund on any underwear or adhesive fashion accessories, however, we will provide the option to return for an exchange.  Please read our size guide information before purchasing (for example, if you are a 36C you will need to select the DD cup in our stick on bras).  Please read the size guide information that we provide to help you get it right first time.  The following items cannot not be returned for a refund; Bottom Enhancers, make up products, Stick on Bras or other adhesive fashion accessories.  This includes, but is not limited to, Nipple Covers, Plasters and Tassels, Fashion Tape and False Eyelashes.  We will provide exchanges on the bottom enhancers and stick on bras provided they have not be used or tried on, but we cannot refund for these products.  This is due to hygiene reasons as we are unable to resell these items. 
 

HYGIENE RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any Bottom Enhancers, make up products, Stick on Bras or other adhesive fashion accessories for returns.  This includes, but is not limited to, Nipple Covers, Plasters and Tassels, Fashion Tape and False Eyelashes. 

Due to the return restrictions relating to our stick on bras, please read our size guide thoroughly to avoid any sizing problems.  If you are still unsure of what size to choose, please email us at info@undercover-glamour.com.

We understand that ordering the correct sized clothing online is difficult, so we are happy to provide exchanges for the Stick on Bras if you have ordered the incorrect size, provided it has not been stuck to your skin or the protective film removed.  You should be able to tell if the item will fit by holding it against your chest with the protective layer still intact.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

Undercover Glamour do accept returns and exchanges with the hair extensions.  We work hard to make this process as smooth as possible for you as we understand that it is difficult to choose the right hair colour via website images and we want you to feel confident that if you get this wrong that of course you can send the item back.  Please note that with the hair extensions you can take them out of the packets to do a colour match with your own hair.  You will not be able to return them if you have unclipped them from the card packaging and tried them on for hygiene reasons.  Please also note, that if you decide to alter the products, i.e. the hair extensions with either dye or bleach then this is at your own risk and we are not liable for any problems that arise.  If you send them back asking for a refund due to failed bleaching or hair dying, we are not entitled to refund you.

Note: If we feel the hair extensions have not been returned in a suitable condition, we retain the right to refuse the return.  As such, we cannot offer free postage to send them back to you and you will have to cover this cost.

RETURN LIMITATIONS

ALL Bottom Enhancers, make up products, Stick on Bras or other adhesive fashion accessories (this includes, but is not limited to, Nipple Covers, Plasters and Tassels, Fashion Tape and False Eyelashes) may not be returned for a refund or credit unless you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s). RETURNS MUST REMAIN UNWORN AND UNUSED INSIDE ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Please note that we also have the right to decline your return if you return it in a way that the packaging or item gets damaged in the post, so please send your item back in the same type of packaging as we sent the item to you. 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of the item. Please note ALL Bottom Enhancers, make up products, Stick on Bras or other adhesive fashion accessories (this includes, but is not limited to, Nipple Covers, Plasters and Tassels, Fashion Tape and False Eyelashes) may not be returned for a refund or credit unless you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s).  Returns must be unworn inside its original packaging. If we receive your item(s) and it does not meet our return policy terms, we will not issue a refund or replacement. Such returns will NOT be sent back to you.

Please note that we also have the right to decline your return if you return it in a way that the packaging or item gets damaged in the post, so please send your item back in the same type of packaging as we sent the item to you. 

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. OBTAIN A RETURN CONFIRMATION/ MAILING ADDRESS

Send an email to info@undercover-glamour.com in order to obtain a Return Confirmation. Please include your completed Returns Form (found inside your package).

2. PACK YOUR RETURN(S) SECURELY

After obtaining your Return Confirmation, securely pack your return item(s) and a copy of your Returns Form in the same or similar packaging in which it was delivered.

NOTE: Undercover Glamour have the right to decline your return if you return it in a way that the packaging or item gets damaged in the post, so please send your item back in the same type of packaging as we sent the item to you. 

3. DISPLAY THE MAILING ADDRESS CLEARLY ON THE PACKAGE

Please ensure our returns mailing address is written/ labelled clearly and correctly on the parcel to ensure there are no problems in transit.

4. PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an economical and standard carrier service that provides tracking information. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received the wrong item(s).

5. SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US

The return mailing address will be provided in the email with your Return Confirmation.

6. WE INSPECT THE RETURN

Once inspection is complete, an Undercover Glamour Customer Service Representative will email you stating that the returned item was received.

NOTE: ALL Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Item(s) Shipped

Exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) within 14 days from receipt of your order. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please email info@undercover-glamour.com for a Return Confirmation and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) along with your invoice number. The return mailing address will be provided along with your Return Confirmation. We will refund the return shipping only if you received damaged, defective or wrong item(s). We recommend using an economical and standard carrier service that provides tracking information.

To ensure prompt processing, please provide a copy of your completed Returns Form. Upon receiving your return package, our Undercover Glamour Returns Department will inspect your item(s). If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please make sure to specify it in your email as well. We will be glad to send a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no additional cost, as long as the item(s) are in stock. If the item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified via email and will have the option to:

• Substitute for a similar item with same pricing, or

• Receive a full refund back to your account.

RETURNS MUST REMAIN UNWORN AND UNUSED INSIDE ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Please note we are not liable for any products that you have altered in anyway.  If you do not notify Undercover Glamour of the defects within 14 days we have the right not to accept the complaint and exchange the product or offer credit, please email Beth at info@undercover-glamour.com.  For further information on your cancellation rights please see the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

REFUNDS

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipment date for your account to be credited. An email will confirm the refund amount.

LOST RETURNS

If your return package fails to arrive with us then we will need evidence that it has been sent.  Without a Recorded Delivery Receipt we are not obligated to replace your order.  Getting proof of postage for 1st class or 2nd class, such as a receipt, will also work but please note that with this method you would have to raise the claim with Royal Mail yourself.  Please make sure you put the right postage stamps on the item as failure to do so may mean the parcel never arrives with us.
