Undercover Glamour's Operations Manager, Beth says - "As a large-busted woman, I really struggle to find bras suitable for strapless or low cut dresses.  There is barely anything available for F+ sizes.  I am so glad to have invested in the body tape rolls.  I can cut them to the perfect length, create my own shaped 'bras' for any top and I feel comfortable that I am not flapping around uncontrollably.  There are so many ways to apply the breast tape but, in my opinion, the most supportive and effective method is to place your palm on the skin above your breast and pull up, then place a strip of tape vertically beginning on the stomach up to the shoulder.  Continue placing vertical strips in this fashion until the breast is suitably covered.  It is important not to pull the tape tight as this will distort the shape of the breast".
